Refund Policy

Baseball/Softball/Soccer Refunds/Cancelations

All refunds/credits for cancelations received prior to cancelation deadlines are subject to a $10 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for vacation, illness, or injury.

  • MYSA Soccer: A full refund will be given minus a $10 processing fee from Feb. 9 - March 5. After March 5 no refunds will be given.
  • Local Baseball & Softball Leagues: No refund after the coaches meetings have been held. (These dates are listed in the Sports Brochure.)
  • Metro Baseball: A full refund will be given minus $25 (processing fee and tryout fee) from Jan. 5–16. After Jan. 16 no refunds will be given. 
  • Local Soccer Leagues: No refund after the coaches meetings have been held. (These dates are listed in the Sports Brochure.)

  • 12 & Under/14 & Under/16 & Under/18 & Under Suburban Fast pitch League Softball: A full refund will be given minus $25 (processing fee and tryout fee) from Jan. 5–16. After Jan. 16 no refunds will be given.

Basketball

All refunds/credits for cancelations received prior to deadlines are subject to a $10 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for vacation, illness or injury.
 

  • Grade 3 & 4 and 5 & 6: No refunds after coaches meetings have been held.
  • Grade 1 & 2: No refunds after the registration deadline.

  • Wrestling: No refunds after parent meeting and first practice has been held.

Football

All refunds/credits for cancelations received prior to cancelation deadlines are subject to a $10 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for vacation, illness, or injury.

  • No refunds after coaches meetings have been held.
